So you are thinking of doing the knowledge of London to become a London Black Taxi Driver and you have heard of the blue book runs but where do you buy them. There are many places that sell the actual runs, the Blue Book is issued to you by the P.C.O or Public Carriage Office when you go for your initial talk.
